Liability waiver
1. Compliance with Regulations
The club confirms it does everything within its power to ensure full compliance with the rules, safeguarding policies, and welfare regulations set by the The Football Association (The FA). Parents and participants agree to follow all club codes of conduct and FA rules during all training sessions, matches, and club-affiliated events.
2. Assumption of Risk and Injury Waiver
You understand that football is a contact sport and carries an inherent risk of physical injury, accidents, and property loss. You release and hold harmless the club, its coaches, volunteers, and officials from any liability for accidents, injuries, or medical emergencies that occur during club activities, provided the club has acted in accordance with standard duty of care and FA guidelines. You acknowledge that the club is not liable for any incidents, injuries, or losses arising from circumstances entirely outside of the club’s reasonable control.
3. Third-Party Kit and Equipment Policy
You acknowledge and agree that all kit, uniforms, and equipment are supplied, processed, and fulfilled via an independent third-party vendor. The club holds zero responsibility or liability for third-party kit orders, manufacturing defects, delivery delays, sizing issues, or refunds. All refund or exchange requests must be resolved directly with the third-party supplier.
4. Limitation of Financial Liability
The club, officers, coaches and all persons assocociated with the club will not be held liable or responsible for any unexpected or incidental costs incurred by parents, guardians, or participants, including but not limited to travel expenses, medical costs not covered by insurance, or private tournament fees, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by the club committee.
